When does it start?

The Mechanical Protection plan begins on the expiry of the Statutory or Manufacturers warranty. This means if you are buying a new car you are covered for up to 7 years!*

*7 years applies to Premium cover only.

* - Disclaimer and conditions.

1.   The Certified MPP begins at the completion of the 3 month statutory used car warranty or the Manufactures new car warranty, whichever expires last.

2.   This applies to new and used vehicles and it expires either 3 years or 175,000kms whichever occurs first.

3.   Refer to the Local Roadside Assistance section of this booklet.

4.   As per Page 17 of this booklet, you are entitled to 4 discounted wheel alignments for the duration of the MPP.

5.   OGR wherever possible will provide a spot free wash at every maintenance book service.

6.   OGR will always attempt to prioritise your vehicle when booked in with our service depatment.

7.   By refering friends and family to OGR to purchase their next vehicle, OGR will thank you by giving you a

gift.  We will post you a $50 cheque for every used vehicle referred and a $100 cheque for every new one.

** Please note the customer MUST mention your name at the time they first enter the dealership **

8.   This applies to new and used vehicles which take up the Premium Plan option and it expires either 4

years or 175,000kms whichever occurs first.

9.   Refer Page 7, Section 3 (ii) of this booklet.

10. OGR will give a free wheelalignment with any maintenance book service - Max 2 for the term of the program

11. OGR will waiver all fees and charges for the convenience of using one of our courtesy cars while your

vehicle is in our Service Department.  Maximum of 2 days.

12. Refer to Premium Roadside Assistance section of this booklet.

13. OGR will replace or repair your damaged windscreen once only during the term of the program.

14. To keep your vehicle smelling fresh, OGR will provide 2 free air conditioning sanitisers during the term

of the program.

15. To keep your power steering system running efficiently, OGR will provide 1 free power steering flush

during the term of the program.

16. If your vehicle has a puncture during the term of the program, OGR will repair it for you.  Maximum of 2.

17. If your tyre is beyond repair, OGR will replace one tyre for the term of the program.

18. Premium customers only are able to transfer the ownership of the MPP if they sell their vehicle during the

term of the program.  The MPP can only be transferred to a private owner, not to another dealership.

OGR must receive the completed transfer form on Page #16 for this transfer to be activated.

19. A $500 limit applies to all new accounts unless otherwise arranged.  A full list of the terms and conditions are available upon request.

20. Earn money off your next new or used vehicle purchase.  For every maintenance book service you have

at OGR we will give you $50 towards your next vehicle purchase.  This can be transferred to friends and

family members at your request.  Maximum of $500 per MPP.
