March 2018 - World's Greatest Shave
Seven OGR staff members raised $12,900 for the Leukaemia Foundation by agreeing to shave their hair and eyebrows as part of the World's Greatest Shave. Around 85 family, friends and staff members attended the shave event on Friday March 16th to show their support and join in on the fun. One staff member Matt Pittman spontaneously joined in the head shave after someone offered to donate an additional $300 if he shaved off his locks. The event was supported by over 20 local businesses who provided prizes, food and drinks and cash donation. "I was truly humbled by the generosity of our community and the local businesses who supported us" Bryce Roberts said.

November 2017 - 'Holden is Here to Stay' event
In November 2017, OGR hosted a free public event to celebrate Holden's manufacturing history following the closure of the Elizabeth manufacturing factory in October. Bryce Roberts (Dealer Prinicipal) said "we wanted to hold an event to recognise the community of people who care about the brand, its manufacturing heritage and its future". Car lovers of all ages were able to get up and close to more than 70 historic Holden vehicles, from the first Australian-built model, to the last, and every car in between.
